2018 was a successful if unspectacular year for community newspaper sales. National Media Associates closed six newspaper sales for the year. Operations we sold ranged in annual revenue from $350,000 to $2,000,000. Many smaller markets are doing quite well. New buyers in the market see the uniqueness of each newspaper operation, and understand the returns still available in the community newspaper business.
