A number of mature owners continue to think "old school" regarding buyers. Today's buyers have changed. There has been big turnover in who is actually buying today versus 10 or 20 years ago. Older groups are mostly selling or standing pat. New buyers are seeking good markets, limited competition, some growth and openness to change. You won't recognize many of the newer generation of buyers, but they exist and are willing to buy at decent multiples in the right situation.
